Why a Desk, Not an Operator, Matters

Deposit and cancellation terms are set by the operator, not by this desk. A 30–50 percent deposit with balance due 7–14 days before departure is common charter-industry practice in Indonesia, but no operator we work with has published this as a fixed rule, so we flag it as typical rather than guaranteed on every quote we send.
How Booking Works
- Brief. Send your route, travel dates, passenger count and any luggage or mobility notes via WhatsApp or email.
- Quote. We contact the operator(s) that fly your route and return pricing, aircraft type and timing within one business day where possible.
- Hold. Once you choose an option, we request a provisional hold from the operator while you review terms.
- Confirm. You pay the operator’s deposit through the payment channel that operator specifies; we confirm the booking in writing.
- Coordinate. For resort or yacht transfers, we relay pickup windows, jetty or beach-landing points, and any weather-contingency plan the operator provides.
- Fly. You receive final flight details, operator contact and check-in instructions ahead of departure.
